lyrics

Dodging the bullets coming to cook up my brain
I see you launching attacks from inside your silver frame
You know it’s money for nothing and we’re all famous for free
Forever wrecking my head, how come you’re all that I see?
I’ve got no imagination and all my insides are dead
I go and poison myself then take it all back to bed
Then at the push of a button you suck me into your world
Another number tomorrow another fool in the herd

And it’s hard to say I want to find my own way this time
It’s too late for me to go back and change it now

See it believe it you’ve got to tweet it, retweet it
You know we fight for no reason ‘cos we ain’t got no opinion
Here kid you’ve got to believe me I swear I saw it on TV
I fell in love with a picture then got ideas to fit her
With all the other delinquents she just shows up far too frequently
Collide and we clash, I see ya rockin the Casbah!
Your doors are so shady feels like there’s no one to save me
And all you virtual lovers you know reality’s waiting

And the way she moves I’m gone the disillusion of it all
Takes you to a place you thought you never knew

I’ll wait up for you
(If you want me to)
And I’m taking my time
(But I don’t mind, take your time, it’s not my first time waiting in line)
And I’ll wait up for you
(Got nothing else to do)
And I’m taking my time
